That’s what the Decide phase gives you. Before any design starts, I test your ideas against your site, your budget and the council approval pathway. You come away knowing what’s possible, what it’s likely to cost and the order the decisions need to be made in.

Then we design it and see it through. We work with council, your builder, consultants and certifiers so the design you signed off is the one that gets built. You can make each decision along the way with confidence, because the big questions were answered at the start.
