The session runs in three stages. Each one builds on the last.

Before we meet, I go to work on your property. I research the site, the regulations, the constraints, and the opportunities. I arrive already knowing what we’re working with, so we don’t waste your time on the basics.

This is not a surface-level chat. We go deep into your property, your goals, and your options. I’ll sketch, question, challenge, and clarify until you understand exactly what’s in front of you and what decisions need to be made.

You leave with a document that’s yours to keep. It captures the research, a summary of everything we covered, and, when the session calls for it, sketch plans and mood boards. It’s the foundation for everything that comes next, whether that’s working with me or not.

$4,000 + GST.

That covers the pre-session research, the full session with me (up to four hours), and The Decision Brief delivered to you afterwards.

Sessions outside Sydney are welcome. Travel is quoted separately and agreed before we book.
