Work through your property options with me and decide what to do next.
You may have a property and several ideas, but still be unsure what’s realistic or where to start. You may also need to bring a partner, board or other decision-makers into the conversation.
Bring your ideas, questions and competing priorities. We’ll work through them together to help you find a realistic direction and understand what needs to happen next.
I research the property before we meet. Then we spend up to four hours working through your goals, the restrictions and the options together. Afterwards, you receive The Decision Brief, a written record of the research, what we covered and the next steps.

Research first, time together, then a written brief
The session runs in three stages. Each one builds on the last.
1. I research your property before we meet
Before we meet, I go to work on your property. I research the site, the regulations, the constraints, and the opportunities. I arrive already knowing what we’re working with, so we don’t waste your time on the basics.
2. We work through your options together, for up to four hours
We work through your property, your goals and the options the research has identified. I’ll sketch, question, challenge, and clarify to help you understand the options and the decisions you need to make.
3. You receive The Decision Brief afterwards
After the session, you receive a document that’s yours to keep. It captures the research, a summary of everything we covered, and, when the session calls for it, sketch plans and mood boards. It’s the foundation for everything that comes next, whether that’s working with me or not.
$4,000 + GST for the research, session and Decision Brief
$4,000 + GST.
That covers the pre-session research, the full session with me (up to four hours), and The Decision Brief delivered to you afterwards.
Sessions outside Sydney are welcome. Travel is quoted separately and agreed before we book.
