That starts with the Decide phase. Before design begins, I take the time to understand how your team actually works, what you need from the space and what you’re committing to. I test the premises against your brief, your budget and the approval pathway, ideally before the lease is signed. You’ll often come away with options you hadn’t considered.
Then we design it and see it through. We document the fit-out, coordinate the landlord, certifier and consultants, and administer the build so the process runs smoothly and the space you approved is the space you move into.
For government agencies, the same process gives you a clear, documented path from brief to handover, with the decisions and costs set out at each stage so they can be reviewed and signed off. We’ve worked with NSW Parliament, the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Health Professional Councils Authority.
