The staff cafeteria at Parliament House was to be upgraded to provide better facilities for the food and beverages being offered. It was also to provide seating areas that could be used for staff meal breaks as well as casual meetings and staff functions when required.
The facility needed to meet a strict budget whilst provided a contemporary facility for the long term use of staff in the building.
