New Duplex – Sylvania (Under Construction in 2025)

The design for this duplex involved extensive coordination with Council to provide a final solution that met all of the Council requirements with regards to a Duplex development as well as meet the clients requirements for a family home and an investment opportunity.

The final product will be a delight for the occupants and the neighbours.
