Seamless delivery from concept to completion: Laubmann & Pank, Rockingham

Retail fitouts come with their own unique requirements, timelines are often tight, the brief is set, and every design decision needs to align with the brand’s established identity. For our recent work with Laubmann & Pank in Rockingham, the process was no exception.

We were presented with a concept design from Head Office, an essential starting point that defined the look, feel, and functionality expected for the retail space. From there, our role was to translate that concept into a comprehensive set of documents: clear enough for builder tenders, detailed enough for landlord approvals, and responsive enough to support a smooth construction journey.

At RNA we have been doing documentation for a number of national retailers over the last 15 years. Our team brings a deep understanding of how to interpret and adapt concept designs to suit individual sites and local compliance requirements without losing the intent behind the original vision.

For Laubmann & Pank, that meant aligning the concept with practical considerations onsite, maintaining design integrity while incorporating NCC requirements and landlord feedback. Every detail was addressed with our client, ensuring that compliance, coordination, and construction could unfold without unnecessary friction.

Our strength lies not only in design but in collaboration. We worked closely with the entire project team, from the tenancy coordinator to certifiers and contractors, to make sure everything was documented properly, managed professionally, and delivered efficiently.

Retail projects like this one demonstrate how good design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about implementation. At RNA, we bring the experience and foresight to get it done properly and promptly, every time.
