This process results in concept sketches to guide your project. A builder may be able to give you an estimate based on these but you would need detailed architectural documentation, engineering drawings and appovals before a builder could be engaged.
You will leave with a solid design direction and guidelines regarding the next steps, but if you want further refinements, we can discuss options for additional support
