This project was a very special one because the owner is a long term friend.
An opportunity was given to assist with the redesign of the second floor apartment to take advantage of the wonderful views from the front of the house and cater for the needs of a family with teenagers.
It had many challenges with the different building codes and different building terms even though we speak English in Australia and USA – who new a base was actually a skirting?
The final result is a delight and exactly what the home owner wanted.
